The hotel is situated in a prime location, right by the sea and next to a beautiful promenade. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the views. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. a wonderful experience.

During my stay in late September, the hotel had a low season vibe, with limited restaurant hours and occasional difficulty in locating staff. The room cleaning could have been better, as I had to ask for new toilet paper and clean glasses.

The complimentary drink at reception set the atmosphere of our stay; it was an unexpected, typical Croatian welcome. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and made our days enjoyable with their excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and truly a highlight of our stay. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the beautiful room view and decorations added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. We also appreciated being able to use the SPA facilities in the nearby hotel. Everything was divine, and we highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay!

During our stay, we found the accommodation to be very convenient and perfectly situated. The hotel was so close to everything that was of interest to us and being located in a green park so near to the sea made it easy to get around. Our room was large, clean and had an incredible view of the surroundings. We found all the facilities to be modern and efficiently looked after. The breakfast buffet was vast and exceeded our expectations.

The staff seemed disorganized in their personnel allocation, causing a bit of chaos for guests.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the huge, very comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast selection. The hotel’s central location was great, allowing me to easily explore the nearby attractions and sights. the polite and friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

The noise level in the room was unbearable due to the hotel’s close proximity to the main road. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as there was dust on the table, hair in the bathroom, and toothpaste on the counter.

The hotel offered us a delightful breakfast and dinner in a green garden, surrounded by beautiful plants. The personnel was always helpful and friendly, showing us the best places nearby for sightseeing and recommended events. The rooms were very spacious, and our balcony was an amazing spot to take a break from the city view.

The personnel allocation seemed to be confusing at times, as we had to go to the next hotel on one occasion, and we had some difficulties contacting the reception. The room cleaning was not as thorough as expected, as we had to remind them to refill our supplies a couple of times.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the lovely semi indoor/outdoor pool next door at the Milenij hotel. The location, right next to Opatija's beautiful St Jacob's Park and near the sea, was ideal. Being in the very center of Opatija made it easy for us to explore the city. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff.
